I help organisations ship software better and manage operations smoother.
I run operations at Black Label — a Kraków-based software company building custom analytics solutions since 2006. My job consists being a Front-End Developer (still), Project Manager, Growth Specialist, Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Team Leader, and sometimes HR Partner. I successfully developed, guided and managed projects from several industries, like Fintech, Agtech, Edtech, Medtech, Biotech and Logistics. I usually work with small and medium companies, from a couple of people to team of 200. Whenever I find free time, I run content initiatives, like TechFlix and The Black Labelist on Black Label blog. Since day one of my work in Black Label I also became a Highcharts partner, regularly meeting with the C-suite, being active member of their Product Council and sometimes even coding a chart or two.
Codefreeze is my B2B consulting practice for select engagements where senior judgment matters more than team size. I bring two distinct capabilities: deep technical work — expert Highcharts, JS/TS, and data viz engineering — and product, delivery and operations leadership — Project Management, Scrum and Agile leadership, and team guidance. Both rooted in real delivery experience across 10+ years.
In my free time, I create my own online and local multiplayer game, called Tag — the game. The idea is simple, to bring our old kid's play back to life with fun, new approach. The 2D platform style game is allowing you to play Tag in real time with your friends, playing as a fun character — mad scientist, zombie, pigeon, etc. — all of them with additional dedicated super powers. The last man standing wins!
I studied Medical Physics at AGH University of Krakow and did research at both Heidelberg University and the Maria Skłodowska-Curie National Research Institute of Oncology. That background — making complex data legible, communicating what numbers mean — never left me.
I joined Black Label at the bottom: support engineer, then junior JavaScript developer, then Project Manager and Scrum Master. I delivered multiple projects hands-on in both roles before moving into operations. Today as COO I guide Black Label's Project Managers, Scrum Masters, and Team Leaders — helping them make better decisions across the organisation. That full-stack view of how software gets made — technically, operationally, commercially — is what makes those conversations real.
Today I run operations across an organisation of 30+ and work with engineering teams on our most technically ambitious projects. I still develop new solutions related to Analytics and Data Visualisation. I also created TechFlix Presents The Black Labelist — a 9-season blog series examining change management and engineering culture at scale — and contribute to the global developer community through Stack Overflow, where I've reached ~246k+ people with 590+ answers and comments. I take on select client projects through Codefreeze when the work is genuinely interesting. I also create my own game, so if you are interested in beta testing, let me know!
590+ answers and comments, 5.000+ reputation. I've been helping developers solve Highcharts, JavaScript, and data visualization problems for years — at scale.
